Walter Reithmaier has been spokesman of the board of managing directors since October 2011 and directs the company's operating business. Walter Reithmaier has been head of the Safety & Electronics business area since March 2010 with responsibility for the strategic focus of the Tires & Wheels and Vehicle Dynamics Unit. |
He headed the Tires & Wheels unit from 2005 to 2008 and joined TÜV SÜD in 1998 where he served in various roles at TÜV SÜD. |
Dr. Lothar Wech
Dr. Lothar Wech is in charge of the business development area. He has been with the company since 1989 and has been responsible for various functions during this time. He is the author of the "Automotive Safety Handbook" and has been chairing the "crash.tech" congress since 1992. |
Dr. Wech earned his PhD with a research project on the topic of "Efficiency Optimization of Passenger Car Axle Drives" at the research institute for Gears and Transmission Engineering at the Technical University Munich. |
Raimund Zilmans
Raimund Zilmans has been in charge of TÜV SÜD Automotive's Environmental and Powertrain Technology business segment since July 2009. Prior to that, he had been responsilbe at TÜV SÜD Automotive for the Engine and Powertrain Technology, Emissions and Alternative Concepts specialty functions for 20 years. |
AT Zeuna Stärker in Augsburg, he developed catalytic converter and diesel particulate filter regeneration systems for three years. |
David Bordeaux
David Bordeaux has been with the company as head of sales and marketing since July 2008. From 1999 to 2008, he was employed with Autoliv where he was able to gather extensive experience in "Passive Safety Systems" (steering wheels and airbags) program management. |
Prior to that, he supported Autoliv for 4 years as a project manager in France and the German subsidiary for 5 years as a platfrom manager for OEM's like BMW, Porsche and GM with responsibility for managing international development teams up to production launch in variuos countries. |
