Periodic testing and inspection of cableway installations and ski tows

According to the Cableway Installation Regulations of the German Länder, all public cableway installations designed to carry persons must be tested and inspected at least once a year and all ski tows at least every second year by a recognised organisation. The exact scope of testing and inspection is set forth in the pertinent test regulations.
