After you decide on the extent and scope of modernisation and restoration measures, we prepare cost estimates and rough cost calculations.
Upon request, we also provide recommendations regarding the amount of reserves for main tenance measures that cater to reasonable property management or reasonable technical repairs and restoration measures in the long term.
