The institute oversees quality monitoring at our 200 airline catering customer service centers worldwide, it conducts audits of our delivery system as well as of hygiene and quality standards. HACCP implementation and lab analysis are part of the Institute's portfolio, as are workplace safety checks, CAQ software applications and consulting and training.
