Incoming production materials inspections

Inspection of raw materials before they are even supplied to the production facilities helps to prevent long delays in delivery and costly reworking. It ensures that raw and untreated materials and components satisfy quality requirements. Our incoming inspections support you right from the start of production and pave the way for the manufacturing of your product.

Pre-shipment inspections/ post-shipment inspections (PSI)

On your behalf, we carry out inspections applying statistical sampling in line with the international ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) standard. Thanks to our global network we can offer this service for both pre-shipment and post-shipment inspections on the manufacturer’s premises, in the storage facility or at the premises of logistics partners. You decide whether you want us to carry out a pre- or post-shipment inspection or both.

During-production inspections

This service focuses on inspection and quality control during production – production quality is evaluated in advance. Non-conformities, if any, are detected even before the pre-shipment inspection.

Loading inspections

We monitor loading processes, inspect container quality and initiate appropriate remedial action, if necessary.
