- Service tested: The company’s service to be certified was analysed to ensure consistency of the promised service quality offered to customers. Testing focused on the service scope, functionality and service quality.
- Measurement accuracy to 2 cm in real time: Statistical proof of a measurement accuracy to ± 2cm (at 2 sigma) in real-time positioning was furnished by means of measurements.
- 99 % availability: an audit was conducted to verify service availability. The audit verified both the technical and organizational measures that had been taken to ensure compliance with the promised 99 % availability. Additionally, the availability statistics of a 2-year period were reviewed.
- High service quality: The company’s service performance was also assessed within the scope of an audit. For this purpose, the audit tested reachability, response times and expertise of hotline and Internet contact.
