2011 Corporate Health Awards presented in Frankfurt am Main for the healthiest companies in Germany (03.11.2011)

Under the patronage of the German Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the New Quality of Work Initiative (Initiative Neue Qualität der Arbeit, INQA), the German business magazine Handelsblatt, TÜV SÜD Life Service and EuPD Research today present the healthiest companies in Germany with an award. Supported by Techniker Krankenkasse, one of the public health insurance schemes of Germany, the yearly Corporate Health Awards go to companies that show exemplary commitment to the health and performance of their staff and, by doing so, raise the bar for these activities throughout Germany.

Health protection in times of crisis (04.11.2009)

  1. At the 2009 Conference of the International Labour Organisation, Dr Axel Stepken, CEO and President of TÜV SÜD AG, signed the "Seoul Declaration on Safety and Health at Work". By signing this declaration, presidents, prime ministers and decision-makers in industry proclaim their social responsibility for ensuring, safe, healthy and fair work conditions. Some 300 participants from 60 countries met at the ILO Conference in Düsseldorf to analyse how the global financial crisis will affect safety and health at work.

Mental health problems on the rise – Corporate Health Management offers relief (04.11.2009)

  1. On Tuesday evening, the first Corporate Health Award was presented at the Grandhotel Schloss Bensberg near Cologne. The award is given to companies demonstrating exemplary commitment to protecting the health and performance of their staff. TÜV SÜD was one of the initiators of the award, together with German business magazine Handelsblatt and the international market research organization EuPD Research.

Award for the healthiest companies in Germany (23.10.2009)

  1. This year, the Corporate Health Award will be presented for the first time. The award, established by a joint initiative of German business magazine Handelsblatt, EuPD Research and TÜV SÜD Life Service under the patronage of the Federal German Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, is given to companies demonstrating exemplary commitment to protecting the health and performance of their staff. Almost 160 companies, primarily large-scale, have applied for the Corporate Health Award 2009.

Fit employees, fit executives, fit company (19.01.2007)
