Ready for the Maglev Train Transrapid

Our TÜV SÜD expert is checking the safety of the Shanghai's Maglev Train - our experts take care of the safety of the Shanghai's Maglev train Transrapid.

In several working groups, funded by the German government, they do fundamental work to improve the design guidelines for Maglev vehicles.

During the approval process of the Shanghai's Maglev Train our TÜV SÜD experts have checked the vehicle communication system (VCS).

For the Transrapid Munich Airport connection, the experts of TÜV SÜD are ready to check as well the vehicle design, the strenght of all components, the fire safety, energency rescue and evacuation concepts, mainly to assist the German authority EBA.
