In view of climate protection and resource efficiency, the use of energy-efficient systems and installations is becoming increasingly important. While energy-efficient systems and installations significantly reduce energy consumption and thus operating costs, in the majority of cases they are associated with higher investment costs.
TÜV SÜD offers
- Type certification
- Certification of custom systems and installations for client-specific applications and/or individual service conditions
The certification comprises:
- Review of documentation
- Interviewing of designers
- Assessment of the system/installation in various operational states, taking applications and service conditions into account
- Assessment of the level of energy efficiency achieved and the potential savings available
- Assessment of total cost of ownership
If all criteria have been complied with:
- Certification plus issue of the „Energy Efficiency” certification mark
- Completion of re-certification audits
